The Lincoln Youth Symphony and Omaha Area Youth Orchestras are going on tour to Rome, Italy over the 2023/2024 holiday break! We will be performing under the name “Nebraska Youth Orchestra” and are excited to represent the amazing orchestral music happening in our state. We have been invited to walk (without our instruments) in the Rome New Year's Day Parade and we need a banner to tell everyone who we are! 

We are asking alumni from all years of LYS and OAYO to help us represent our orchestras and our state with a gift of $5, $10, $15 or more to help us purchase the banner. 

Consider donating your high school graduation year- $19.97, $20.09, $19.85, etc. 

Let us know in the comments what year you graduated and who your conductor was! 

Any funds raised beyond what we need for the banner will go to helping reduce the cost of our matching fleece jackets, which students walking in the parade will wear.
